Our past queens over the years have spent countless hours serving you and our community in making appearances,performing their talent, as well as in support of their personal social impact initiative/performs.

The Miss Wilson Scholarship Organization is a non-profit organization. It is an official preliminary competition to Miss North Carolina and Miss America, Miss North Carolina's Outstanding Teen and Miss America's Outstanding Teen.

The Miss America Organization is the largest scholarship program for women in America. Every year the Miss America Organization provides young women with a way to promote the Children's Miracle Network as well as their own personal social impact initiative/platforms, throughout their local communities.
