Age Requirements: 

• Must be at least 13 years of age on the first day of the State Competition in which she competes.

• Must not be older than 18 years of age as of December 31st, 2023, in the calendar year of the State Competition in which she competes.

Residency Requirements: 

• Be a United States citizen.

• A North Carolina residence. (Open to all counties in NC).

Platform: 

• Must have a personal platform or working on developing a platform.

      (Examples: Promoting Health Education, Heart Association, etc.) ​

Phases of Competition:

• Personal Interview - 30%

• Lifestyle & Fitness - 10%

• Evening Gown/On-Stage Question - 20%

• Talent - 40%
